Telepathic Humans – Just A Myth?

h1 Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010

Telepathy – When we call a person telepathic’ what do we really mean? And why do many people not think that telepathy even exists? Many people just dismiss the idea as a science fiction or even mysticism. However, everyday we live with lap tops, TV’s and cell phones where information is retrieved from invisible radio waves in the air. People travel daily in jets regularly and anyone can command a glowing fire from a cigarette lighter.

Magic and advanced technology, it is said, are indistinguishable from each other. But the use of technology and science have been used to learn things about the world around us. And we’ve accomplished what was once thought of as being impossible, a few centuries ago. Think of space flights and the first man walking on the moon. There is also the exploration of the deepest parts of the ocean which was only possible using recent technology. Energy can now be created from natural sources, water, wind and the sun. And don’t forget the cell phone, which gives us the ability to speak with anyone, worldwide.

Is it then really too much of a stretch to accept the possibility of telepathic people? An individual who developed these mental properties would just be misunderstood by most people.

The scientific investigation of Telepathic people falls under the area of paraphysics or parapsychology. The people who investigate it, paraphysicists or parapsychologists, try hard to use experiments and the scientific method to answer questions about telepathy, whether or not they like the answers they find.

Telepathic individuals and who are subjects of these experiments, produced results completely tantalizing and less than desired to be proven scientifically. To do this you must have results that are consistent, measurable and repeatable. However, scientific investigation is not perfect. Although the results have been inconsistent and not always able to be duplicated does not in itself prove that individuals are not Telepathic. It only really proves we have lots to learn and a need for more advanced procedures to be developed for testing for telepathy.

But how could humans really be Telepathic? How can people communicate without the use of their five senses, using only thought alone? The obvious answer is through some means that we can’t hear, see, smell, taste, or touch, but that exists nonetheless. On the one hand, humans can already do this artificially using communication technology. Radio waves can’t be observed with our five senses, but they definitely exist.

Many scientists are now investigating the concept of ‘thought waves’? These are possibly electrical or magnetic fields generated by the brain and these have been scientifically proven to exist. Explaining this in terms for the average person might be a little difficult, but stay with us.

The thoughts of a human is a biochemical process. The process of nervous impulse being transferred from one neuron to another. This transfer of nervous impulses creates an electrical current – minute, but it can be measured. This current generates a very small magnetic field where the brain has thousands of these synapses firing.

Can humans use these bio-magnetic and bio-electric fields to communicate? Are the magnetic and electrical waves carrying content or is it meaningless static? Can mental training control brain waves? Meditation, controlled thoughts, can these techniques possibly be used in shaping brain waves, like these, into significant communication?

Another problem is the weakness of the electrical or magnetic field. It can easily be drowned out by the electrical and magnetic fields of everyday technology i.e stereos, televisions, computers, even microwaves and refrigerators all send out much larger electrical and magnetic fields.

There are, however, problems with the electrical and magnetic fields. Unfortunately these fields can be overpowered by everyday technology. For example the microwave, television, refrigerator. These everyday items produce much larger magnetic fields and electrical fields. Is it possible to reach the brains magnetic and electrical fields during an emotionally heightened state, fear, pain or shock? During these emotionally charged times, in the brain, a spiking of bio-magnetic and bio-electric activity is created by neuron synapses firing.

Researchers of parapsychology have documented brief instances of Telepathic communication during such moments. A mother knowing instantly that their child has been hurt, for example, even though they are miles away. Is there a link between such brain chemistry activity spikes and instances of telepathic communication? Does the fact that the two people are genetically related play a role? Or is it all just a coincidence?

Unfortunately, there is not enough scientific evidence at the moment to prove that telepathy is a fact beyond doubt, as far as mainstream science is concerned. However this is gradually changing as more and more studies are showing that telepathic communication really does exist and with the right training, all humans can learn to become telepathic.

Fragrance – For Men and Women

h1 Monday, January 18th, 2010

The Ancient Greeks and Romans mastered the use of fragrance to disguise body odor and to make them more attractive. In Greece, the natural oils from eucalyptus, lavender and musk were applied in scented baths and body scrubs. The Roman patricians used fragrant cloths or leather bags hung around their neck to control the smell of body odor and rotting food from disturbing them in places with high-density populations. In the Coliseum, there were mechanisms to feed floral and citrus scents throughout the stands.

For women, floral, earthy and oriental spice scents are the most sought after on the market today. Men prefer their fragrance to merge musk, almond oil and spice. There is fierce opposition in the perfume industry. A lot of major clothing designers and cosmetics manufacturers create a new scent every few years. They develop, create and market the fragrance with a precise target audience in mind. For the younger consumers, they typically focus on fruity or sweet smells with a soft powdery base.

Women prefer floral aromas that inhabit into something warm, with amber, bergamot or patchouli at the base. Men’s fragrance generally utilizes mandarin, grapefruit or other citrus scents as top notes. They settle in to sage, nutmeg or lavender and finish with a woody or musky undertone. Skillful perfumers are hired to create scents for different couture houses and cosmetics companies utilizing a variety of aromatics. They use scents as well as the chemical structure of individual components to produce the fragrance.

Aromatherapy uses the fragrance of aromatic plant extracts, essential oils and flower petals such as orchids, lavender and lily of the valley in bath salts and massage oils to calm the senses and help the body unwind. Shower gels and scrubs generally contain mint, eucalyptus and citrus to awaken the senses and revitalize the body. Essential oils are the liquid extracts from different types of trees, grass and plants. These oils vanish quickly when exposed to the air.

Most perfumes have a food equivalent. These are called notes. Scents that contain fruit notes are usually some type of berry such as strawberry, cranberry and black current. Almond, hazelnut and coffee are considered nutty notes. If you are considering giving the gift of fragrance, take into consideration the person’s favorite foods. Do they like citrus or vanilla? Perhaps they are crazy about mocha. With the hundreds of scents available you are certain to find one that is perfect for them.

Locate that perfect Fragrance for either you or a loved one and keep that attraction through the sense of smell. Choose from a wide range available now from the MakeUp Direct site.

Health and Happiness Through Chakra Balancing!

h1 Saturday, January 9th, 2010

A consequence of modern science has been the eradication from peoples minds of the survival and significance of the spiritual being within the physical being.

The Hindu thinking of life, on the other hand, has kept the flame of spiritual-healing burning amidst the growth in science and technology.

Our body is made up of 7 primary Chakras as well as thousands of secondary ones. the word Chakra, in fact, is a Sanskrit word meaning Wheel of Light, and these Chakras are in a constant state of rotation and vibration in a healthy body.

And so, an imbalance in the movement of these charkas results in imbalance of the overall healthy functioning of the body. Chakra Balancing then is the key to a healthy body, mind, and soul.

Chakras are Entry Gates of the Aura and the centers of activity that receives, assimilates and expresses life-force energy. Located along the central line of the body from the base of the spine to the top of the head the seven main Chakras absorb and transmit energies to and from the universe, nature, celestial entities, and even from people.

How can the balance of the Chakras become distorted?

If there is a blockage in one or more of the Chakras, the energy does not flow properly through them, and then ultimately the result will be an imbalance among the Chakras that result in problems in all areas of life.

The correct functioning of the Chakras can distort due to a number of factors, like bad health, stress, unbalanced diet, toxicity, not enough exercise, repressing emotions, untrue beliefs, detachment from a higher power, childhood traumas, cultural conditioning and emotional traumas, etc.

The Importance of Chakra balancing in Health and Happiness

The natural harmonious functioning of Chakras is a utopian idea. Therefore, human endeavor has always been to correct this distortion and strike a fine balance between these Chakras. The concept of self-healing is also loosely based on Chakra balancing.

Chakras manipulate our body shape, glandular functions, chronic physical illness, thoughts, and behavior. Chakra balancing ensures that these parameters are working towards a healthy body, mind, and soul.

The advantages of Chakra Balancing are:

* Complete happiness and peace in body

* Physical health with individual strength

* Awareness and constant feel with ones body

* Sexually comfortable life without getting partial by lust

* Awareness of ones feelings at the ethereal level

* Improved capacity to attract and express love in ones life

* Speedy spiritual growth and development

* Spiritual healing through higher patterns of consciousness, awareness, and acceptance

* A sympathetic and adoring heart

* Wonderful confidence levels, but short of being over-confident

* Approaching of the Self

Attaining chakra balancing

Chakra Balancing in ones body can be achieved by employing different techniques. Primarily, you can use one or more of the following techniques in order to harmonize the Chakra functioning in your body:

* Medicinal Therapies i.e. Reiki,

* Yoga (along with breathing exercises) and Meditation

* Physical work out

* Light and Color treatment

* Crystals and Gems

* Balancing by using Hands and Pendulums.

* Aromatherapy

* Touch Therapy

* Optimistic Thinking

* Binaural Sound Frequencies

* Hypnosis and Affirmations, etc.

Our body is a store house of energy, in which the used energy is disposed of by the body organs, and refilled, with a new supply of energy.

Chakra balancing ensures that this energy is received and consumed by the body, and all of the bodys cells and main organs get the correct amount of this energy.

In this condition of optimization, inner peace, happiness and general feeling of well being occurs. Chakra Balancing is merely bringing the Chakras back to their normal state of vibration and frequency.

Black Diamond Ring – A Touch Of Style.

h1 Wednesday, December 23rd, 2009

A black diamond ring adds a touch of class to any women wearing it, especially if you compare it to conventional diamond rings. These opaque black colored rings are almost triple the value of white diamonds. Actually, black diamonds are considered the most expensive of all diamonds, even though they have same qualities and strength. This is because they are regarded as one of the rarest diamonds in the world. These diamonds were formed approximately 3 billion years ago and brought to surface by volcanic eruptions. Extreme pressure and heat creates these diamonds and is actually in the middle of the granite to normal diamond change.

Black diamond engagement rings are uncommon style of engagement ring. This is since the color black is often associated with bad luck, death, and evil. Away from all these old wives tales, engagement rings with black diamonds are eye-catching as they are breath-taking.

These engagement rings have increased immensely in popularity, especially with celebrities. Another reason why these rings are so adored and sought after is because it is a much edgier and modern design statement when compared to conventional colored diamond rings. To some people, it is a true reflection of their style personality.

Black diamond rings don’t always have solid black gemstones. These rings rather have a yellow or white diamond setting with black diamond in a assortment of shades crowning it. These shades can range from green, translucent black and gray to rock solid black. Some designers use black diamond set in the ring’s middle surrounded by paler shade diamonds.

The two most popular black diamond types used in black diamond engagement rings are Black Orloff diamonds, sourced primary from India and the Black Star of Africa. The sources of black diamond’s add even more individuality and mystique to the ring.

It is however, important ask the jewelry maker or store you purchasing the ring or diamonds from to provide you with the diamonds’ carat count as well as proof of authenticity. This is particularly important for black diamonds, due to the fact that some jewelry makers have a tendency to trick people into thinking they are purchasing black diamond’s while in actual fact they are making normal gems appear black.

The Secret Of Happiness Is Relationship

h1 Thursday, December 17th, 2009

Why do we live? What are we here for? Day after day we asked these questions of the purpose and meaning of our lives. And most of us constantly look for the answer. How can we achieve happiness? This is yet another question urging us to look for its answer every day. What if the answer to those questions is simple? What if it is all simply about ONE thing? Connection. The secret of happiness is explained thoroughly in the clear and refreshing voice of Masami Sato in this excerpt of her book, ONE.

What are we trying to find out?

There are a host of things that we do in our lives.

However, have we ever wondered why we do what we do? What are we actually looking for?

The world now is full of billions of us coming from different races, countries, religions and beliefs all doing different things. We all look different and act quite differently. We have different interest and attitude from others. We communicate differently often using different languages. We have different desire and feelings.

Nevertheless, if there was ONE thing that ALL of us are searching for, what could that be?

While I travelled all over the world, I did ask people one simple question, “What would you like to achieve in your life? What do you really want?”

In the beginning it appeared that different people were looking for different things. People said different things like “A house of my own”, “A good job”, “A perfect partner”, “A soul mate”, “A little more money”, “An affectionate family”, “Freedom”, “Peace of mind”, “A purpose to life” etc. There were many answers of this type.

I noticed that while some of these were temporal, and more related to day-to-day needs, others were of a more spiritual nature. We yearn for temporal desires because we do not as yet have it, or don’t feel that we have it yet. As different from this, spiritual desire is not about getting things we do not have. It is about a ‘feeling’ we look for, which does not end no matter what we manage to achieve at every moment of our life.

If we removed all the temporal desires from out list and only looked at the permanent desires, it is so obvious that we simply want to continue feeling positive feelings like excitement, enjoyment, inspiration, motivation, generosity, love, joy etc.-in another way, we want to stay being happy.

Delightfulness

Contentment is a state of emotion that all of us are yearning to be in. Each of us may define it differently. We may also value it differently. Each of us may be familiar with different levels of intensity of contentment. Still we definitely have something in common when contentment comes to us. And when we realize this secret about contentment, we hold the key to greater contentment, and to make those around us know the same feelings as well.

This life, that we live, is a mystery. All of us like it in our own different ways. We may also dislike it in different ways. We may wonder about it. We may cherish it. Or we may just accept it in an offhand manner. But what is the ultimate purpose of this life? What if the mystery of our existence is at hand? What if its revelation actually brings us happiness and fulfilment when we come face to face with it?

What if the truth of our life’s purpose, and of its happiness, is as simple as this:

It is all about bonding.

Connection is everything

Everything depends on bonding. All things are part of some other things. A look at our own lives would say it all. Then we will begin to see the real purpose of life.

Why do we do anything, ANYTHING at all, in life as humans?

It is mainly because we want to bond more and more. We make fiends to feel bonded. We get married for bonding with another person in a firm and lasting manner. We raise a family to feel even more bonded. We go out and meet people to bond well with them, not only for getting advantages out of that bonding, but also to feel more bound to the world.

We buy good clothes or go to a hairdressing saloon for a better relationship with our aesthetical sense and to our own physical appearance. We eat all types of food to feel more connected to the sense of taste and flavour. We eat out to feel the relationship to the people we dine with. We get mobile phones and computers to weave relationships with others and the world. We read magazines and newspapers to remain in touch with whatever is going on and what others are doing and experiencing. We educate ourselves to keep in touch with what others know and value.

All that we do is done to satisfy the need for that bonding. If we have no bonds with our own body, we do not even need to sleep or eat. Our bonds to all our senses tell us to do certain things to satisfy the demands that the body makes. If we disregard these pleas of our body, we feel pain and discomfort. And over and above our basic needs, we search for a bonding of a loftier type – the bonding to our existence – the bonding to our purpose. And without those bonds, it is just bare. Just like the barrenness many of us feel within when we have no bonds even to ourselves. It is just not the right way we are supposed to live our lives.

Connection is powerful, and yet it’s fragile and tender

When the bonds in a relationship lose strength, we go in for a separation, divorce, disagreements, judgement, and bitterness. It never feels good to lose the bonding. Still, it possible to be in love with someone today, and totally disconnected and bitter towards him tomorrow. And this change of feelings can happen just by the flicker of an eyelid. And the eyes might be yours or theirs!

When the bonds are not there

When the relationship is not there, we start seeing problems. We start seeing differences and hindrances. We start sitting upon judgement of others and disapproving them. We exaggerate, concentrate upon, and give energy to such things that we see as problems. Under such a scenario, these problems might turn inwards and inflict pain and disapproval on ourselves. We cannot be fully happy when we have no associations with anything.

Bonding: the Secret to Happiness

What about if we looked at the whole concept in reverse? When we do that we discover this simple truth: we cannot feel unhappy when we are feeling totally connected. It’s impossible!

Try to feel unhappy when we’re feeling connected to the people around us and laughing and sharing wholeheartedly together. Even when we have so-called ‘problems’ in life, we can still laugh together and feel happy and positive when we are feeling connected. At the same time, it is very difficult to enjoy anything if we’re not feeling connected.

Connection: Our Life

Relationship is the core of everything. That is what life is. Relationship.

Everything is a unified whole of smaller units. Everything combines together to form a bigger unit; the way our bodies are a fusion of smaller entities like atoms, molecules, cells and organs.

Our actions and choices also express the need for connection. We are designed to constantly seek ways to connect to each other and to a greater purpose.

Connection and Religion

Some of us have opted to become a part of different religious systems to feel better related to each other. The relationship that we yearn to build could be to God. It could be to those who share the same belief system. When there is the sharing of a similar conviction, there is a stronger relationship within that group. More bestowing on each other takes place among people who feel related to each other.

Connection and Business

Many people start businesses to feel more connected to themselves by being in charge of their own destiny. But often in the business world, we end up feeling more and more isolated especially when we start perceiving other businesses as competitors, staff as tools and customers as a money stream. But the fundamental point of why we got into business was to feel connected. So, why do we need to create any isolation at all? Maybe in the ideal world, all the businesses worked differently, but together.

Connection and Wars

Some of us even give rise to polemics or battles to enjoy a sense of ’success’ or maybe a greater feeling of assurance and self-worth. But this only boomerangs. The moment we are ’successful’ in the battle, we are really severing the bonds with others. We are now in need of more confidence to safeguard ourselves from being assailed by others. The result is that we become more vulnerable and frightened. We cannot treat this as a joke because it actually happens to each one of us in diverse ways.

It could be the disagreements we have with the people around us. It may be the wrong assessment we make when we feel that something or someone is not right. When we make an attempt to be the only one to succeed, we can never succeed in the real way – we feel not connected. We can really enjoy the success when we succeed along with others. Then we will feel the strength of the relationship.

No matter how differently we express our needs, everything we do is to fulfil the mere desire we have to feel and be connected.

The full sense of a bonding is realized only through our heart. We can bond with anybody when we are truly concerned about them and feeling that bond with them. If we are conscious of this, giving life to that required state of mind is really easy, uncomplicated and a pleasure. Then we would actually feel more delight and joy.

Life is a sport. We feel things and do things in a grand game but in reality the aim of any game is the pleasure we get out of it. It is not about doing something or having something. When the sports finally end, the winners are only the ones who have derived pleasure from the game. Not the ones who had more at the final tally. The upshots and end results of the sports in which we participate do not affect our actual life. But if we lost all our friends to participate in a game just because we wanted to win in that round, would it lead us to a lasting victory?

It is easy to comprehend this when compared to acting in a play, but we often fail to understand it while enacting the play of life. We do not remember that life is also a play.

We have no idea when this game began and when it would be over, all that we know is that it commenced in the past and that it will be over one day. When finally the umpire blows the whistle to stop the game, we can simply say, “Wow, it was a lot of fun. Let us play once again!”

In this play called life, the aim of the play is to ‘bond.’ We can keep bonding until we all merge to become one. It is the one way to perpetually feel bonded to our rationale – the feeling of joy and pleasure. We cannot afford to have the bonds to anything weakened or reject and decide even one thing if we are to reach the state of complete bonding.

Life is as uncomplicated as that. There is just ONE secret.

And the secret is to establish a relationship.

To turn into ONE

To enjoy.

Live Music Or Hire A Function Band?

h1 Friday, November 20th, 2009

Whether you have a major event coming up, or maybe a debut party, wedding party, business anniversary or whatever planned event it may be, take into consideration that inviting a function band may be a good idea for your upcoming party. It can even make what may be a dull party into something more extravagant without ruining the theme of the event itself.

A function band can create and make your party turn from good to excellent and by providing top-notch quality entertainment you can make sure that people will not forget even for years to come. This can be achieved if you have invited the perfect band, and of course willing to listen and follow your easy instructions.

Word of mouth is the best advertisement and this is especially true when it comes to hiring a function band to perform for your special gathering. Recommendations from friends and colleagues are a wonderful resource to use if you want to find a great band, so ask around!

The proof is in the pudding, and if you have the opportunity to do so, you should try to check out a function band’s performance in person so that you can determine if they are the group for your next event. If you do not have the chance to hear the band live, ask is they have any online demo material. You can even check out their website or online videos. Checking the band in this manner is a really good idea; remember, you get what you pay for, and you don’t want to hire a band that sounds great- but looks horrible!

If possible, ask the function band representative for a list of songs that they could play along with how much they charge to perform. If they do not have a written contract, but depend on a verbal agreement, then go on and find another function band. It is even normal to be required to pay a 10-20% non-refundable deposit just to ensure that they would come to the set date.

Questions that you may want to ask: Do they take requests? Most bands will if thery are given enough notice so be sure to ask them when making your initial booking.

You may want to see their equipment as well. Check that their equipment is adequate and of course safe. It is very important that they are aware and practice safety precautions and make sure that they will follow them carefully, for instance; no loose wiring should be exposed.

Knowing the choice of their wardrobe would be essential in choosing a function band as well. Ask them, what are their preferred choices of clothes when they perform? If they have mentioned something that is not suited for the theme, you can give them ideas on what they should and should not wear. If the costume or attire that the function band would be wearing can be a little out of place, you can politely suggest something that they can wear that will compliment the theme of the event.

The function band should arrive one hour before the party starts. It is important that they set up all the equipment before the audience arrives. In addition, you can give the manager or their leader an overview of the party’s flow.

Everyone would be staring at your function band once they take center stage. You can take some of your time to take a quick look at how they look. Are they presentable? Doing so, this hosted party will result in making headlines all over town; you will have the neighbors talking about it for ages!

Expert Elizabeth Pratt is a member of ‘Soul Desire’ featured at the http://www.souldesire.co.uk site. Hiring a specialist Function Band will ensure the success of your event. Find out more about hiring an amazing Function Band from this site.

Coach Outlets and Secondhand Options

h1 Sunday, July 19th, 2009

It’s a shame how a woman’s fashion sense can be drastically affected by her budget. Some may say being stylish and looking good shouldn’t cost much, otherwise it would be outright vanity, but everyone knows the more costly brands are worth every cent, especially referring to the durable yet soft leather, quality textiles, “fashion forward” designs, and hallmark silver toggle of Coach handbags.

What started off as a family owned business by American designer Bonnie Cashin in Manhattan, New York, today now sells (and being patronized) almost everywhere in the States. Cashin was at first just trying to come up with matching accessories and apparel for her dress designs, but since her team up with wholesale handbag manufacturers Miles and Lillian Cahn, her focus shifted to accessorizing and redefining the design of handbags. Needless to say, her vision and style caught on with her audience, and soon Coach was setting fashion standards and trends when it came to women’s handbags. Today, Coach’s website says it all: the progress of the company from its establishment in 1941, the development and consequent variation in Cashin’s designs, and the success of the products and product lines.

Today, carrying a Coach handbag is a statement in itself, and not just a way to be in on the current fashion trends. But in these times’ global recession, women everywhere are having difficulties affording Coach. It’s a good thing you don’t have to obtain your Coach handbag at full price.

Being practical is key to surviving these harsh times, and one of the first things that come to mind when thinking practicality is buying secondhand. There might even be a scenario where someone’s already bought the handbag you fancied, so you’d settle for buying it secondhand. You might even want to check secondhand options first when scouring the Internet for Coach handbags, even if you have enough to buy brand new. Be cautious though, there are some fake Coach handbags out there and scam advertising sites.

Try secondhand choices first when you search for available Coach handbags. There might just be a secondhand one out there suited for you. The Internet is a suitable place to start, but be careful of scams and fake products. Keep an eye out for the “Coach” brand plus the silver toggle, and check the authenticity of the advertising site. Now for those who can’t help but buy brand new Coach handbags, there are still a few alternatives. You can buy brand new Coach handbags at a lower price at Coach outlets. Some say the prices at the outlets are a third or so lower compared to retail stores. And then there are factory outlets where you can buy brand new for even lower prices. This is due to some stocks left over from some product lines or seasons or some products might not have been in “showroom” condition. It’s quite a bit like getting back issues of magazines.

Again, the Internet is a suitable place to go and search out the locations of these outlets. Keep in mind that a small amount of resourcefulness can save a large sum of money, all the while affording you your chic outlook.

Are There Homeopathic Solutions for My Bruising Easily?

h1 Monday, June 22nd, 2009

If you are someone who suffers from bruising easily, you will no doubt discover that you have a vested interest in examining the homeopathic path to a cure. Homeopathy is basically a version of alternative medicine that concentrates on treating and curing disorders through employing highly diluted preparations that often mirror the problems that are showing. If you are dealing with easy bruising, you’ll learn that there are a variety of different herbs that can be used to try to deal with your bruising. These preparations can shorten the amount of time that your bruises are visible, and they can even help you prevent bruising in the first place.

First let’s talk about dosages. Typically, you can use the doses that you make for bruising anyway you please, but it is probably in your best interests to keep the potency of the dosage relatively mild. Take the time to learn as much as possible about homeopathic remedies if this is the first time that you have tried to use them, as this can make all the difference in the world to the results you obtain.

When you have to deal with easy bruising repeatedly, you will quickly learn that arnica is one of the herbs that you should look into. Arnica is known to give some people a much shorter recovery time frame when used as a cold compress applied directly to the bruised area. You may use it externally if the skin has not been broken, but you should never apply it to an open wound. Arnica has a long reputation as an excellent remedy for reducing the visible appearance of bruising.

Another herb that has been used to reduce bruising through homeopathy is bellis, and so too are the herbs ledum, hamamelis, and ruta. These could be used in possible treatments that you might want to experiment with if you are going to practice homeopathy yourself, or if you are going to use someone who is already practices homeopathy. You should not just disregard homeopathy because its a practice that is somewhat outside of the norm for general medicine. Understand the basis of homeopathy so that you can really determine whether these cures might be beneficial for you. Have you have ever worked with homeopathy before, and what kind of results did you obtain?

Trying to find a solution that will allow you to work with bruises that you have already gotten can be quite frustrating. Everyone’s body and bodily systems are made unique by their own specific circumstances, so you should consider your own uniqueness. Your age, what type of diet you follow, and your level of physical activity are all things that really affect how frequently we bruise and how severely. Homeopathy might be something that can make a major difference in our unique condition, so always give credence to all of our possible remedies. Whether we determine that we should actively use homeopathy, or take vitamin supplements, or even a combination of both will ultimately govern our results.
